Return Policy
You may return merchandise for a refund or replacement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Just email us at Orders@BeyondthePlatform.com and we’ll send you mailing instructions.

We take your privacy very seriously. Your information is, and should be YOUR INFORMATION. When you share your email address with us, we won’t give it, sell it or barter it with anyone else. And when you use your credit card to shop at our store, you can be assured that your transaction is safe and secure. We, our bank and our web host all have the same concern for your security.
Where will you ship things?
Where would your package delivered? That’s where we’ll ship it. International orders will incur additional shipping changes, based on the weight of the products and a modest handling charge.
What are your shipping rates?
Although Lenora and Chris are very smart about many things, math isn’t their favorite. So we keep shipping simple. Here’s how it works. 
If your order total is Up to $10.00 shipping will be $3.00
$10.01 to $25.00 shipping will be $4.00
$25.01 to $50.00 shipping will be $5.00
Over $50.01 shipping will be $0.25 Yep, you read that right Twenty-five cents!
How will my order be shipped?
Unless you indicate special shipping instructions, your order will be sent via the United States Postal Service.
How soon will my order arrive?
We do our best to ship your items as quickly as possible. Most orders will be sent within 1-2 business days, so within the US you can expect the delivery of your items within 7 day or less. If it will be longer than that, we’ll notify you via email.
Is there a minimum order?
No, we love all orders no matter their size.
Is there an order that’s too big?
When her grandchildren ask her a question like this, Chris replies, “I bet you could answer that without me.” For us, orders of over 25 of a single item are considered a reason to do a happy dance. If we run into stock issues, we’ll promptly contact you to discuss the situation. Please note we are not able to accept returns or provide refunds on special orders.
Do you offer discounts for large order?
It depends, mostly yes. Email us and we’ll chat.
How do my items come packaged?
We’re both committed to recycling, so don’t be surprised if your materials arrive in a box with another organization’s name on it. 
When I checked out I got an error message. What do I do?
Blame your computer? If you received an error message during the checkout process, another option would be to check your e-mail to see if you received a confirmation e-mail. If you did, your order has been processed and received by our team. If not, or if you have any other problems with your experience, please feel free to contact us with a description of the problem and any error messages you received. We'll try to figure things out together.
